Bay Correctional Facility is a privately run facility that houses male inmates of medium, minimum, and community custody levels. The designated capacity for Bay Correctional Facility is 985 inmates. Offenders are housed in four buildings, three are secure two man cell units and one is an open bay dormitory. While incarcerated here offenders have access to horticulture vocational classes, adult basic education, literacy, and GED courses, and can receive substance abuse treatment through various programs.
