Columbia Correctional Institution is a mixed custody prison housing inmates of close, medium, minimum and community security levels. The current capacity of this institution is 1,427 male inmates.
Adult basic education, literacy courses, special education services and the ability to earn a GED while incarcerated exist at Columbia Correctional Institution. Substance abuse programs include an intensive outpatient program, and the living in balance class. Vocational programs at Columbia Correctional Institution include masonry, and applied information technology.
