Description of Facility
Montgomery Women's Facility is a medium security prison that can house up to 300 inmates, but has a current population of around 226. It was originally set in eight trailers, and has been renovated over the years to consist of multiple buildings.
This facility is located by Kilby Correctional Facility and offers inmates a wide variety of arts and crafts programs, as well as work release programs. Many of the inmate's work full time within the surrounding community and return only at night to the facility to sleep.
Visiting information for Montgomery Women's Facility is everyday but is on a rotating schedule, because of this you must contact the inmate for the exact day and time they are allowed to have visits.
