Robinson Correctional Center opened in 1991 and is a minimum security prison that can accommodate up to 1,202 adult male offenders. Robinson Correctional Center is comprised of six housing units that each contain 10 dormitory style rooms, and additional buildings that serve the various functions required to keep the facility operating. These include a mailroom, chapel, gym, armory, control center, multi-purpose and administration buildings.
