California Substance Abuse Treatment Facility and State Prison houses minimum all the way to maximum security inmates. This is an all male facility and has the capacity to house up to 3,424 offenders.
California Substance Abuse Treatment Facility is comprised of four complexes, each complex has two facilities. Complex I houses level II inmates in facilities A (sensitive needs yard) and B (general population) in a dormitory setting. Complex II contains central services and Facility C (level IV maximum security general population). Complex III contains facilities D (level IV maximum security) and E (level III sensitive needs).
