Trinidad Correctional Facility is located in Model Colorado. It is a level II facility that houses minimum restrictive male inmates. The current capacity for this facility is 500 general population inmates. Trinidad Correctional Facility is comprised of five double bunked living units that each hold around 100 inmates.
While at Trinidad Correctional Facility, inmates can receive educational courses in adult basic education and earn a GED. Additional programs offered are a pre-release program, the thinking for a change program, and the seven habits of highly effective people program.
